I try to go on a walk every day. Every day. Walking is one of the best exercises you could ever do. Rain or shine. Walking synchronizes your nervous system, engages large muscle groups, and allows your mind to idle for once during the day.

This means a deliberate walk. Not shopping, not golfing, not walking from room to room in your house. Outside on a trail or even around the block.
